  Some of my family have been customers of this store for years. My aunt and uncle had custom earrings made for me, and they are stunning. One of the earring settings was off slightly, and I took it in without a receipt and they fixed it the same day, free of charge. They do good work.

  Agree with prior review that the jewelry is poor quality and overpriced and the owners do not stand by their defective products. Female owner (Sophia) is extremely nasty. Stay away when you visit Marathon! Enjoy the other treasures of this beautiful place.

  1/6/2014• Customer wanted to return item for a full refund after owning it for over a year. She had no receipt and was unable to answer when asked, why she never contacted us sooner. She told us item was defected and had been repaired several times by her jeweler back home. After my husband and I checked item for defects, we found it had never been repaired. I offered to repair and mail it back to her at no charge. She said no...She wanted a full refund in cash. I then offered to replace it. Again she said no. I could not be certain that this was purchased from our store. Customer became enraged, demanding only a cash refund. She continued to try to intimidate me by threatening to post unfavorable reports on the internet.
  We have been in the Jewelry business in Marathon for over 27 years. We have a good honest name. I feel bad about the out come and have given it a great deal of thought. Not sure if I should of given into her
  demands. I was afraid of opening up a Pandora Box.
